Through a well grounded restorative style practice, focused breath-work and a guided meditation, this workshop will leave you feeling free in your body, clear in your mind and open in your heart!
Mind Your Practice! In this inversion and arm-balance workshop we will explore “the total lightness of being” that comes from a dedicated and focused practice. Chris invites you to bring your body, mind and spirit to the mat to ROCK AS ONE! All poses and sequences will be taught in stages. Every level of student will be supported and challenged!
